We understand that everyone experiences changes of plans from time to time. However, in a busy salon such as ours, 24 hours notice is required so that other visitors to the spa don’t miss out on the opportunity to enjoy our services. A cancellation fee of 50% may apply for non-attendance. Normal Hours of Business Monday 9am – 5 pm Tuesday 9am – 8pm Wednesday 9am – 8pm Thursday 9am – 6pm Friday 9am – 5pm Saturday 9am – 3pm At management’s discretion, staff may offer appointments outside of these hours. Extended hours operation during summer.
